Who is Seapeekay?
Seapeekay is Callum Knight, usually shortened by fans to CPK, and he is one of those Minecraft creators who has been around long enough that different parts of the audience know him from different eras. Some people know him from YouTube. Some know him from MCC. Some know him from Dream SMP-adjacent spaces. Some know him from Flight SMP streams. Some just know the name because it keeps showing up whenever Minecraft creators are grouped together.
Viewers love watching Seapeekay because he feels like a real long-term Minecraft guy, not someone who picked up the game when it became useful for a trend. His own Twitch bio says his name is Callum, that he is better known online as Seapeekay, and that he is a streamer and YouTuber with more than 600,000 YouTube subscribers. TwitchMetrics lists the same basic picture: English-language Twitch Partner, Minecraft as the usual category, and a channel first seen on January 21, 2013.
Public tracker pages checked in July 2026 put Seapeekay around 286K to 287K Twitch followers. TwitchMetrics listed 286,927 followers. SullyGnome listed 286,929. Streams Charts listed 286,927 and rounded the public header to 287K. The exact number moves around, but the channel is clearly well above the 10K backfill line.
The funny part is that his current Twitch average is much smaller than the size of his name. That is not a knock. It is actually part of the profile. Seapeekay has the history, the YouTube audience, the MCC recognition, the Instagram following, and the Minecraft resume, while the current daily Twitch room is a tighter group hanging out through regular Minecraft streams.
Minecraft is the center
Seapeekay is mostly a Minecraft creator, but not in a narrow way. The Dream Team Wiki describes Callum `Cal` Knight, known online as Seapeekay or CPK, as a British YouTuber and Twitch streamer known for Minecraft content. The MC Championship Wiki calls him a recurring MCC competitor known for Minecraft variety content and livestreams, and points to his All Things MCC channel.
That explains why his audience is not only one SMP or one event. Seapeekay has been tied to X-Life SMP, OneTry SMP, Tubbo's MMB SMP, Afterlife SMP, The Realm SMP, Dream SMP, Flight SMP, MCC, and more. He is the kind of creator fans see in a lot of Minecraft rooms, which is why the name CPK feels familiar even to people who are not daily Seapeekay viewers.
TwitchTracker's games page backs up the same thing. It lists Minecraft at the top of his streamed games, with other categories like VALORANT, Just Chatting, Fall Guys, Stardew Valley, Fortnite, Among Us, Rust, Overwatch, Sea of Thieves, Mario Kart, Stardew-style cozy games, and a long list of variety. The Minecraft label is correct, but the channel has always had variety around it.
Right now, Flight SMP is the loudest current marker. TwitchMetrics showed recent stream titles like `The Secret Laboratory - Building Machines - Flight SMP`, `Finding The Secrets - Flight SMP`, and `Beacon Boy Is Back - Flight SMP DISCOUNTED SUBS THANKS TWITCH`. Streams Charts showed the same recent rows, all in Minecraft.
The MCC side
CPK is also tied pretty deeply to MC Championship. The MCC Wiki says he joined the tournament in MCC 2 and was on winning teams in MCC 5, MCC 16, MCC 21, MCC 25, and MCC SB. It also says he is known for Minecraft variety content and livestreams, including the tournament-focused YouTube channel All Things MCC.
That matters because MCC has its own fan culture. A creator can be good at Minecraft and still not become an MCC name. Seapeekay did both. He showed up enough, played well enough, made enough jokes, and cared enough about the tournament that the All Things MCC channel made sense instead of feeling random.
Search results around All Things MCC still show videos like player rankings, top plays, MCC breakdowns, and a final All Things MCC update. That channel is part of why CPK is not only remembered as someone who competed. He also helped explain and archive the tournament for fans who wanted more than one POV.
The Twitch Rivals side adds to it too. Twitch's own schedule page for MC Championship LIVE at TwitchCon listed Seapeekay on Green Geckos. Esports Earnings lists him as a Minecraft competitor with $39,457.75 in prize money from 30 tournaments, including a 2022 Pixelmon Manhunt result, Twitch Rivals Minecraft events, and MCL results. For a Minecraft creator, that kind of public event trail matters.
A real record-book Minecraft creator
One of the coolest older Seapeekay details is the Guinness World Records page. In 2018, Guinness wrote that YouTube gamer Callum Knight, aka SeaPeeKay, achieved the fastest time to build a castle in Minecraft creative mode on PC. The attempt happened at Guinness World Records' London headquarters on March 21, 2018, and his time was 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
The same Guinness article says he already had other record history. It says he had set the fastest time to build a house in Minecraft survival mode at a prior Gamer's Showdown, and that he was also part of a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe team record for most coins collected in a single round of Coin Runners by a team of four.
That is such a CPK detail because it is both serious and very Minecraft YouTuber at the same time. A lot of people have played Minecraft on YouTube. Not many have a Guinness page about speed-building a castle at the London HQ. It gives his career a little weird side quest that fans can point to without needing to inflate it into his whole identity.
The article also notes that he started his YouTube channel on horror games before Minecraft took over. That tracks with the wider public trail. MN2S says he has uploaded to YouTube since 2012, initially focused on horror games, then moved harder into Minecraft after those videos performed better. The current version of Seapeekay makes more sense when you know that arc.
The current Twitch numbers
Seapeekay's recent Twitch numbers are steady rather than huge. TwitchTracker listed 73 hours streamed, 115 average viewers, 585 peak viewers, -202 followers gained, ranked around #19,805 overall, #9,017 among English channels, and Twitch top 0.32%. It also lists the account as created on January 21, 2013 and Partner status.
TwitchMetrics was close: 77 hours live, 9,276 viewer hours, 523 peak viewers, -176 follower change, 119 average viewers in the FAQ, 286,927 followers, Minecraft as the usual category, #317 among Minecraft channels, and #175 among English Minecraft channels.
Streams Charts listed 79 hours and 30 minutes of airtime, 9,378 hours watched, 118 average viewers, 585 peak viewers, 86,533 live views, -158 followers gained, Partner status, English language, United Kingdom, London, and the all-time Twitch viewer record as 16,003 peak viewers on March 13, 2021.
SullyGnome's shorter three-day page listed 286,929 followers, Partnered status, English language, account creation on January 21, 2013, 8 hours streamed, 956 hours watched, 115 average viewers, 170 peak viewers, -10 followers gained, and 2 streams. Its visible rows were July 3 at 4.6 hours, 109 average, 166 peak, 497.8 hours watched, and 21 followers gained; and July 2 at 4.6 hours, 118 average, 170 peak, 538.9 hours watched, and 8 followers gained.
The Flight SMP streams
The recent live rows are very Flight SMP-heavy. Streams Charts listed July 3 as `The Secret Laboratory - Building Machines - Flight SMP`, 4 hours and 40 minutes, 115 average viewers, in Minecraft. TwitchMetrics listed the same title at 5 hours, 116 average viewers, and 159 peak.
July 2 was `Finding The Secrets - Flight SMP`, around 4 hours and 40 minutes on Streams Charts with 125 average viewers. TwitchMetrics had the same row at 5 hours, 125 average, and 168 peak. July 1 was `Beacon Boy Is Back - Flight SMP DISCOUNTED SUBS THANKS TWITCH`, 3 hours on TwitchMetrics with 109 average and 143 peak, and 3 hours and 5 minutes on Streams Charts with 113 average.
The stream titles sound like normal Minecraft SMP titles, which is exactly the point. Seapeekay does not have to invent a new genre every week. The audience already knows the map, the build, the bits, the other people, and the slow progress that makes SMP streams satisfying.
That is also why a 100-to-150 viewer stream can still be a strong live room. The point is not always massive spikes. Sometimes fans want to watch someone they have known for years build machines, find secrets, talk through the day, and keep the Minecraft world moving.
Why viewers watch Seapeekay
Viewers watch Seapeekay because he feels familiar in a good way. He is not trying to become a brand-new Minecraft guy every time the platform changes. He has been CPK for years: Minecraft, MCC, SMPs, YouTube, Twitch, jokes, occasional event sweat, and a lot of long-running community memory.
The audience also gets a creator who knows how to be part of a group without disappearing inside it. MCC, Dream SMP, Flight SMP, X-Life, Afterlife, The Realm, and other Minecraft projects all reward creators who can add something without making every scene about themselves. That is one of Seapeekay's best skills.
The YouTube side matters too. His Twitch bio says he has more than 600,000 YouTube subscribers, Coach Core described him as having nearly 700K YouTube followers, and search results around his Instagram and Threads still point to a wider audience across YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok. A lot of fans first met him somewhere other than Twitch.
What keeps people around is the mix: Minecraft history, MCC credibility, actual records, steady streams, and a sense that he is still the same Callum/CPK people watched years ago. That is hard to fake, and it is probably why his name still travels even when the current live room is more relaxed.

Twitch is the main place to watch Seapeekay live right now, especially for Flight SMP and regular Minecraft streams.
YouTube under SeaPeeKay is the bigger archive and discovery channel. SeapeekayLIVE, All Things MCC, and the other public channel names also show up around his broader YouTube presence.
Instagram is under `@seapeekay`, where public metadata lists Callum Knight, he/him, London, gaming, movies, music, host, presenter, and streamer. X/Twitter is also under `@Seapeekay`, with old public posts and platform wikis pointing fans there.
