Money-Back Guarantee Terms

The Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid Streamable subscription purchased directly from Streamable, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after your initial subscription payment.

If your request qualifies, we will refund the entire amount charged by Streamable for that initial subscription payment.

Eligibility

The Money-Back Guarantee applies only when:

1. You are a new Streamable customer who has not previously purchased a paid Streamable subscription;
2. You purchased the subscription directly through Streamable's checkout;
3. Streamable receives your request within seven calendar days after the initial payment; and
4. The request is not fraudulent, duplicative, or an abuse of the Guarantee.

Only one refund may be issued under the Guarantee per customer, organization, payment method, and group of associated or commonly controlled accounts.

Purchases Not Covered

The Guarantee does not apply to:

• Subscription renewals;
• Plan upgrades, downgrades, or other plan changes;
• Usage-based charges, add-ons, credits, passes, or one-time purchases;
• Purchases made through a third-party marketplace or reseller;
• Bank fees, currency-conversion charges, or other amounts imposed by a third party;
• Accounts previously refunded under this Guarantee; or
• Requests involving fraud, material misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, or intentional misuse of Streamable or the Guarantee.

These limitations do not restrict any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Requesting a Refund

Submit your request through the Streamable support page or email team@streamable.run. Use the email address associated with your account and identify the applicable transaction.

You do not need to provide a reason for your request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, payment, account ownership, and eligibility.

A request is timely only if Streamable receives it before the seven-day period expires. Canceling a subscription or opening a payment dispute does not, by itself, constitute a request under this Guarantee.

Review and Final Determination

Streamable has sole authority to determine whether a request satisfies these Guarantee Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamable's good-faith determination is final and binding.

We may deny a request if eligibility cannot reasonably be verified or if we reasonably determine that the request involves fraud, material misrepresentation, duplication, or abuse. We will not deny an otherwise eligible request merely because you used the Service or declined to explain why you were dissatisfied.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Streamable is not responsible for delays, exchange-rate differences, or third-party fees outside its control.

Approval of a refund immediately cancels the refunded subscription and ends the associated paid access and benefits. You should export any content you wish to retain before requesting a refund. Other valid charges on the account remain payable.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is pending, Streamable may suspend its review until that proceeding has concluded. A customer may not receive duplicate recovery for the same payment.

Changes to the Guarantee

Streamable may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Money-Back Guarantee at any time for future purchases. The version in effect when an eligible subscription is purchased will govern that purchase.

Relationship to Other Terms

This Guarantee is a limited exception to the general refund provisions in the Terms of Service. Except where these Guarantee Terms expressly provide otherwise, the Terms of Service, including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions, continue to apply.

Nothing in these Guarantee Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
